Terms and Conditions of the EPIMAX® Silverstone Prize Draw
By entering, entrants agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, or entry is invalidated.
Entrants must ‘follow’ both @epimaxuk and @arontaylorsmith on Instagram, ‘like’ the prize draw announcement post and comment on this post with a minimum of one ‘mention’ of another Instagram user to enter. This constitutes as one entry. Each additional comment containing a ‘mention’ serves as another entry to win. There is a limit of 10 entries per person.
This prize draw is open to all UK residents. Entrants must be aged 18 and over. Employees of Aspire Pharma Ltd, their family members, related companies and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are prohibited from entering. Entries made through third parties, agents or any entry duplication method are not valid.
Entries made after the closing time (Thursday 29th August 2024 at 12:00 P.M. BST) will not be counted. The winner of this prize draw will be picked at random from all eligible entries, the day after the closing date.
There will be two winners of the prize draw. The first prize winner will receive 2 VIP Hospitality tickets to the Silverstone event and a signed Aron Taylor-Smith team polo shirt. The second prize winner will receive 2 VIP Hospitality tickets to the Silverstone event. Both winners can nominate one guest to attend the event with them. Minors must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and over. The two winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of the closing time, by the @epimaxuk Instagram account only. Entrants will only be contacted if they have won. The winners must respond to the direct message within 5 days of being contacted to confirm their attendance. If the original winner/s fail to respond within this time period, the previous winning pick will be considered null and void and a new winner will be selected at random from the original list of entrants.
The winner must be available on the date of the event. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Once contacted, the winning entrants agree to provide their full name, and an alternative method of contact. Aspire Pharma Ltd reserves the right to verify the validity of the entrant’s identity, age and place of residence at any time and may disqualify entries which breach the terms and conditions of this prize draw. The winner’s full name may be published, unless the winner objects. The surname of the winning entrants will be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) if requested.
Usernames of entrants will be deleted from Aspire Pharma Ltd’s records within 28 days of the prize draw closing date.
By entering this prize draw, the winning entrants, and their guests, agree they are happy to appear in promotional photographs and videos that may be taken while attending this event. These images and videos may be used by both EPIMAX® and Aron Taylor-Smith in promotional content and on social media. No renumeration will be given for commercial use of any images. The winner maintains their right to withdraw consent at any time.
Entrants agree that there is no incentive to use, purchase, prescribe, recommend, supply or administer EPIMAX® to enter this prize draw.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be swapped or exchanged for an alternative prize or cash alternative. Aspire Pharma Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for equal or greater value in the event of extenuating circumstances.
Entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Aspire Pharma Ltd. Information provided by entrants will be used fairly, lawfully and transparently for the sole purpose of administering the prize draw and in accordance with Aspire Pharma Ltd’s privacy policy (https://www.aspirepharma.co.uk/privacy-policy/). Entrants may withdraw consent for use of their personal data at any time by emailing marketing@aspirepharma.co.uk.
Entrants accept that Instagram is not liable for this prize draw and entrants fully release Instagram from any liability. This prize draw is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
